How are your products made?
I pay a graphic designer to design the stickers. I then use a third-party to print them.
I source the crystals from wholesalers within the UK and sometimes from other countries.
Do you accept returns?
Unless the items arrive damaged or faulty, we don't accept returns. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
Do you accept exchanges or cancellations?
Due to the small amount of products we currently offer, we don't offer exchanges. The nature of crystals is unique, so each crystal is individual. But please do contact me if you have any problems with your order.
What about customs and import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?
All orders are dispatched within 72 hours of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation to notify you of this. Orders should take 3 days to arrive. However, due to staff shortages and increased demand, Royal Mail are working on a 10 day time frame. This is no fault of Black Cat Crystals, and I can only apologise for this delay.
If your order has not arrived within this 10 day window, email [email protected] and I will advise you on the next steps.
I'm a blogger/influencer, can I work with you?
We are always interested in working with
